Plot
The movie revolves around the love triangle of Suhani (Sneha Ullal), Swagat (Nishant), and Rumzum (Mugdha Godse). Suhani and Swagat are childhood sweethearts whose fathers are business partners. However, when Swagat meets Suhani's cousin Rumzum, he is enamoured by her simplicity and innocence. Suhani feels insecure and jealous of Rumzum's presence in Swagat's life. She tries to create misunderstandings between them and also attempts suicide. However, Swagat remains loyal to Suhani and tries to convince her of his love. Meanwhile, Rumzum also falls in love with Swagat but sacrifices her feelings for Suhani's happiness. The movie takes a tragic turn when Suhani dies in a car accident and Swagat is left heartbroken. He decides to marry Rumzum as per Suhani's last wish but is unable to forget his first love. Will Swagat be able to move on with Rumzum or will he remain bezubaan (mute) in his ishq (love)?

Bezubaan Ishq is a typical Bollywood romantic movie that tries to portray the emotions of love, sacrifice, and betrayal. The movie has a predictable plot and cliched dialogues that fail to impress the viewers. The movie also suffers from poor editing, direction, and screenplay that make it a tedious watch.
